All products sold on MetaDigiMart are digital and non-returnable.
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
This is because:
Digital files cannot be “returned”
Instant access is provided immediately after payment
Customers receive downloadable content permanently
We may offer a refund only in the following rare cases:
If you were charged twice for the same product, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
If you do not receive the product due to a system error or download issue from our end, and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
If the file you received is corrupted or incomplete, and we fail to provide a working replacement.
Proof (screenshot/video) may be required to verify the issue.
Refunds will NOT be given for:
“I changed my mind”
“I don’t want it anymore”
“I thought it was something else”
“I made the purchase by mistake”
Inability to use the product due to lack of required software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
Downloaded files that are working but not liked by the customer
